Bird Road between Blewett Road and SR 132 Bird Road currently operates at acceptable levels of service and is expected to continue to operate at acceptable levels of service with the project through the year 2025. The project is — expected to contribute its fair share to future pavement upgrades. SR 132 between Interstate 580 and McCracken Road Where SR 132 is a four-lane divided highway, the road segment operates at acceptable levels of service. With construction of the project, similar levels of service are expected to result. Even without the proposed project, SR 132 should be widened to include four lanes in each direction in the near future within the study area. The project may be required to contribute an equitable share of the cost of the widening. With two lanes in each direction, SR 132 is expected to experience acceptable levels of service through the year 2025 based on the projected traffic volumes. The project is also expected to be required to contribute to the cost of pavement structural section upgrades between Bird Road and Interstate 5. The contribution to upgrades would be required for both directions of travel based on Haul Route 1, and only the eastbound direction of travel for Haul Route 2. Blewett Road between Bird Road and Interstate 5 Blewett Road currently operates at acceptable levels of service and is expected to continue to operate at acceptable levels of service with the project through the year 2025. The project is _ expected to contribute its fair share to future pavement upgrades. Blewett Road between Interstate 5 and Koster Road — Blewett Road currently operates at acceptable levels of service and is expected to continue to operate at acceptable levels of service with the project through the year 2025. The project is expected to contribute its fair share to future pavement upgrades. — Koster Road between Blewett Road and SR 132 _ The project will not utilize this portion of Koster Road with Haul Route 1. However, Haul Route 2 would likely require upgrades to the existing pavement section for a design traffic index of 9.0 in the northbound lane and 11.0 in the southbound lane. The project would be solely responsible _ for the required upgrades.
