• A geological study or other information indicating that parcel 265-010-01 has substantial <br /> deposits of mineral resources or otherwise satisfies Development Title Section 9-854.2 <br /> (Permitted Zones). The Community Development Department will accept a letter from <br /> an engineer stating that the parcel has substantial mineral deposits or a portion of a <br /> deposit of substantial mineral resources. <br /> • Scale maps for the phasing plan, and reclamation plan. <br /> • Additional details regarding the processing plant; specifically the size of buildings and <br /> size of the site where processing will occur. <br /> • A Reclamation Plan. <br /> • A map or narrative description indicating the haul routes for the quarry. <br /> • An estimate of the vehicle trips per day generated by the quarry. <br /> Rtaniclaua County <br /> In a letter dated January 18, 2002, the Department of Planning and Community Development <br /> for Stanislaus County indicated that it will be necessary for the applicant to submit an <br /> application to Stanislaus County for the portion of the quarry that is located in that County. <br /> Once the application has been received and reviewed the letter indicates it will be possible to <br /> work toward joint applications between the two counties. <br /> LM:vb <br /> OX012 <br /> C: Lonestar California, Inc. <br /> PMC Pacific Materials <br />
