Response Plan (EPRP) to address worker safety and plant operation status during and following <br /> a major earthquake. The EPRP shall be included or become a supplementary document to the <br /> standard site health and safety plan. The EPRP shall be prepared, implemented, and self- <br /> monitored by the applicant. The EPRP shall include pre-earthquake and post-earthquake <br /> preparedness requirements for the facility that include: <br /> • Emergency evacuation routes to clear people of unsafe equipment and buildings, <br /> • Requirements for securing equipment likely to topple or.undergo severe damage during <br /> an earthquake including procedures to avoid topple of furniture and small equipment, <br /> • Communication protocol during and following an earthquake, <br /> • Location of emergency equipment and first aid, <br /> • Transportation routes, <br /> • List of on-site contacts, <br /> • Procedures to locate and account for on-site personnel, <br /> • List of current phone numbers for San Joaquin County sheriff and fire prevention, and <br /> City of Tracy Fire and Rescue, and <br /> • Post-earthquake facility structure and quarry pit inspections. <br /> The EPRP shall be provided to all employees and a copy shall be provided to local fire and <br /> rescue departments as well as to the facility file at the County of San Joaquin Community <br /> Development Department. The applicant shall update and redistribute when information changes <br /> or revisions are necessary.
