SR 132/Bird Road Interchange <br /> ■ Cemex will pay a fair share contribution to the <br /> interchange improvements at SR 132 and Bird Road . <br /> • Financing for the interchange improvements will be in <br /> place prior to mined material leaving the Cemex site. <br /> ■ After interchange financing is complete, but prior to <br /> completion of the interchange, haul trucks to/from the <br /> Cemex Vernalis site will be restricted to Haul Route 3 <br /> (Koster Road to Blewett Road to Welty Road to SR 33 to <br /> 1-5), and will be limited to 1 .08 tons per year. <br /> • After the interchange is complete, haul trucks will utilize <br /> Haul Route 1 (Koster Road to Blewett Road to Bird Road <br /> to SR 132). <br />
