3.Project Description — <br /> • San Joaquin County Public Works Department,Flood Control Division—Water — <br /> Course Encroachment Permit for Hospital Creek realignment <br /> • San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District—Construction/ _ <br /> operation permits. <br /> • U.S.Army Corps of Engineers(ACOE)—Approval of permits under Section 404 <br /> of the CWA, should Hospital Creek be realigned, which may include an evaluation of — <br /> cultural resources under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
