The project is expected to <br /> generate an annual average of 2.85 million tons of material,with a peak annual production of <br /> 4.0 million tons of material,over a 60-year period. Material will typically be hauled in 25-ton- <br /> capacity trucks that will arrive at the site empty and leave the site full of material. The trucks <br /> would return to the site empty via the same route after delivery of the material. Daily and AM- <br /> peak-hour project traffic volumes were determined based on the maximum amount of material <br /> expected to be generated by the project(4.0 mty)and the capacity of the trucks hauling the <br /> material (25 tons)over an 8-hour-per-day, 260-day work year.
