San Joaquin County Code <br /> Chapter 9-1020 of the San Joaquin County Development Title prescribes landscaping standards to <br /> I•' protect public security and safety,conserve and protect property, and improve the general <br /> appearance of San Joaquin County. The Development Title contains regulations regarding the <br /> composition, water efficiency,plant selection of landscaping vegetation, along with standards for <br /> earthen berms, irrigation, erosion control, and landscaping maintenance.
