A bond or cash deposit in the amount acceptable to the Department [ <br /> of Public Works shall be filed with the Department with a <br /> guarantee that, if the Permittee fails, refuses, or neglects to <br /> repair, under permit, any damages to Koster Road which may result <br /> from Permittee ' s operations, the Department of Public Works may do <br /> the work necessary to restore those roads and bridge equal to, or <br /> better than, its original condition, using the funds from said <br /> bond or cash deposit, subject to review and adjustment for <br /> inflation every five (5) years . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-854 .3) <br /> S . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The Fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application. The Fee currently is $161.30 per daily <br /> trip-end in the Tracy area. The Fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction <br /> Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. Koster Road- bridge across Delta Mendota Canal has insufficient <br /> strength and width for current highway standards . If bridge is <br /> used for haul route, it shall be replaced with bridge meeting j <br /> current design standards. $ <br /> 7 . A traffic study shall be prepared to determine the width and <br /> structural section requirements of Koster Road or any impacts <br /> and mitigation measures. The developer shall deposit funds <br /> with the County for all costs, as estimated by the Department of <br /> Public Works Public Facilities Division, prior to Department of y <br /> Public Works preparing or contracting for the required study.
