Souza and Thomas Alegre APN: 209-280-12 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. The 100 year Flood Elevation will be approximately 11 Feet NGVD. <br /> Lammers Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R -17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this <br /> development has addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for <br /> Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 4.
