Lammers Road, Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of building permits as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review <br /> fee of $390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to E.H.D. <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy.
