d. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site is required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> e. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> f. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility construction plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review and approval prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> (California Health and Safety Code, Section 27550). <br /> g. Construction of individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> h. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development.
