3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. The system shall be adequate to serve the 12 additional <br /> students proposed for the education center. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance requirements will be <br /> applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R.,Title <br /> 24), <br /> (2) The building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system and be of <br /> one-hour construction throughout (USC 3802(G), Table 5-C). <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the "tow away" sign, <br /> at each entrance or to be visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4-inch per foot (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> c. An existing elevation certification is required with all permit applications for structures <br /> located within the 100-year flood zone. <br /> 5. TRACY PUBLIC SCHOOLS: <br /> a. The building area being constructed on this site will be subject to the school development <br /> fees authorized by Government Code 53080, et seq. <br /> 6. BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION: <br /> a. The facility requires an automatic fire sprinkler system. A residential sprinkler system is <br /> acceptable. <br /> NOTE: On November 21, 1991,the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved UP-92-6 subject <br /> to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - UP-92-6 <br />
