Phase 1,to be <br /> completed in eighteen months, includes the construction of an 8,475 square-foot prayer hall and a sign <br /> modification request for a monument sign from the permitted height of four feet to ten feet. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 13 feet NAVD 1988. <br /> Larch Road has an existing right-of-way width of sixty feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way.
