Parking in the <br /> County right-of-way for all events shall be prohibited. It is the responsibility of applicant to monitor Larch <br /> Road to ensure compliance with this requirement. <br /> 4. For each phase,the Traffic lmpact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year <br /> by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00- <br /> 433) <br /> 5. For each phase,the Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the <br /> time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 6. For each phase, a copy of the Final Site Plan prepared by a registered civil engineer shall be submitted prior to <br /> release of building permit. Final Site Plan must show detailed emergency vehicle circulation, access and <br /> turnaround. <br /> 7. For each phase, verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development <br /> has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required <br /> upon submittal of verification. <br /> 8. All new structures and substantial improvements shall be elevated a minimum of one foot above the 100 year <br /> base flood elevation of 13 feet referenced to the North American Vertical Datum of 1988. <br /> 9. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards The capacity of both upstream and downstream drainage facilities cannot be <br /> exceeded due to runoff from the development. Retention basins shall be fenced with six U foot high chain <br /> link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity <br /> shall be calculated and submitted al on¢with a drainage plan for review and approval, prior to release of <br /> building permit. File `Permit Registration Documents' (PRD)with the State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB), and <br /> submit the `Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDID) issued by SWRCB to Public Works.
