Larch Road,Tracy APN: 212-170-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area <br /> designated as Zone AE. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 13 feet NAVD 1988. <br /> Larch Road has an existing right-of-way width of sixty feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way.
