EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The system servicing the existing residential structure (septic system) includes a septic <br /> tank and one main "inflitrator" leach lines discharging into four separate "inflitrator' leach <br /> lines, located south of the driveway on the property. The exact specification of the original <br /> septic separation chamber is unknown (presumed as 2,000-gallon) septic tank as a permit <br /> is readily available. However, "inflitrator' leach lines and design are known as a permit <br /> was required,when the system was installed. The system is reportedly for a four bedroom <br /> structure capacity. <br /> The residential septic system (west system - currently inactive) is has been permitted to <br /> accommodate a portion. <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> The permits on record at EHD for the address 11075 West Larch Road, Tracy, California, <br /> indicated that in 2002 the system was installed as depicted. <br /> Prior to 2005, an original 1920's septic system was utilized on the property. The exact <br /> specifications of original leach lines are unknown at this time due to the lack of permits <br /> required when the system was installed. However, the first system was removed in 2005. <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> As referenced above, the permits on record at SJCEHD indicate in 2002 that an additional <br /> leach lines and the system disposing into four separate "inflitrator" leach lines. <br /> No repairs have been conducted since 2002. <br /> 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br /> Neighboring properties are also primarily residential, mixed use and agricultural-zone <br /> land. The adjoining property to the west has a public park building with well house. <br /> The adjoining property to the east has a one single-family house.
