EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE The system servicing the existing residential structure (septic system) includes a septic tank and one main "inflitrator" leach lines discharging into four separate "inflitrator' leach lines, located south of the driveway on the property. No repairs have been conducted since 2002. 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA Neighboring properties are also primarily residential, mixed use and agricultural-zone land. The adjoining property to the west has a public park building with well house. The adjoining property to the east has a one single-family house.
