GENERAL AREA SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY
The following is a summary of information based on new system installation permits
currently on file with EHD. The permit history of neighboring properties indicated the
potential of GOOD leaching that could lead to septic system failure. Additional leaching
capacity was required to be installed in some of the properties researched. This may have
been due to smaller septic systems installed prior to current San Joaquin County septic
codes.
ADDRESS: 11076 West Larch Road
LOCATION: 0.25 miles south of subject property
SEPTIC SYSTEM: Permit Dates 1952, 1953, 1954, 1965, 1976, 1979; added septic lines
to existing system; numerous lengths and spacing.
ADDRESS: 11076 West Larch Road
LOCATION: 0.25 miles south of subject property
SEPTIC SYSTEM: Permit Date 1998 added septic lines to existing system.
ADDRESS: 11068 West Larch Road
LOCATION: 0.25 miles south of subject property
SEPTIC SYSTEM: Permit Date 1953 septic tank 800 gallon and septic lines to proposed
system; seven (7) 75-foot leach line
ADDRESS: 11051 West Larch Road
LOCATION: east of subject property
SEPTIC SYSTEM: no permits
ADDRESS: 11157 West Larch Road
LOCATION: west of subject property
SEPTIC SYSTEM: Permit Date 1972 - septic tank 2,400 gallon and septic lines to
proposed system, five (5) 90-foot leach line; 1974 - septic tank 1,250 gallon; 1982 -three
(3) 100-foot leach line.
3.6.
