(1) Exterior walls less than twenty (20) feet from a property line shall be of one-hour fire-resistive <br /> construction. Openings will not be permitted less than five (5) feet and protected less than ten <br /> (10)feet. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (3) The second floor function, as described, will need to be handicapped accessible and may be <br /> required to have two or more exits to grade. <br /> (4) The house on the property shall be demolished as indicated on the site plan. <br /> I. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of: <br /> A. Appendix 111-A and III-B of the California Fire Code(public water mains) <br /> (2) Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and <br /> the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and <br /> the California Electrical Code. <br /> (3) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (4) Key Boxes: A knox box shall be installed according to fire department instructions. <br /> (5) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Volume 2, Standard <br /> 10-1. <br /> 2.
