A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development <br /> has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 6. All new Structures shall have a minimum lowest floor elevation of one foot above the 100 year <br /> flood plane elevation. All support equipment for the structure shall be elevated to the same <br /> elevation or be dry-flood protected to the same elevation. (Flood Control). <br /> 7. The applicant shall contribute their fair share percentage to the improvement of Caltrans off-ramp <br /> of west-bound Interstate 205 at Larch Road. The fair share percentage is 18.8%, of$ 200,000.00 <br /> which is $ 37,600.00. <br /> 8. The intersection of Tracy Boulevard and Larch Road is within the Tracy City limit. The <br /> applicant shall pay their fair share percentage for the improvement of Tracy Boulevard and Larch <br /> Road. The fair share percentage is 30.8% of$ 180,000.00 which is $ 55,440.00. Mitigation cost <br /> shall be paid to the City of Tracy prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> 9.
