The fair share percentage is 18.8%, of$ 200,000.00 <br /> which is $ 37,600.00. <br /> 8. The intersection of Tracy Boulevard and Larch Road is within the Tracy City limit. The <br /> applicant shall pay their fair share percentage for the improvement of Tracy Boulevard and Larch <br /> Road. The fair share percentage is 30.8% of$ 180,000.00 which is $ 55,440.00. Mitigation cost <br /> shall be paid to the City of Tracy prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> 9.
