If any find is determined to be significant, LID and the qualified <br /> archaeologist and/or paleontologist would meet to determine the appropriate <br /> avoidance measures or other appropriate mitigation. <br /> Cultural Resources 2: In the event that human remains are discovered during constriction activities, <br /> LID and its contractors shall follow CEQA Guidelines Section 15064.5 (e)(1), <br /> which requires contact with and analysis by the San Joaquin County Comer's <br /> Office,who would determine if investigation as to cause of death would be <br /> required.
