As a result, new mitigation measures will be recommended for adoption <br /> within Appendix A,which will lessen these impacts to a level of insignificance. <br /> As a result of the proposed project,adoption of relative mitigation measures from the MMPs of the <br /> Master Plan, Phase 1 WRP No. 1, General Plan and River Islands EIRs and LAFCO Initial Study/MND <br /> MMP, coupled with those included in Appendix A provide sufficient mitigation for any anticipated <br /> impacts. The project will not substantially degrade the quality of the environment,nor cause cumulative <br /> or growth inducing impacts.
