Lauffer Road, Thornton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. _""'L <br /> A. Prior to Parcel Map approva , an addendui ?ab submitted to and approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department. The addendum shall address environmental concerns <br /> noted in the conclusions section of the original report dated February 16, 2006, including <br /> further limited screening sampling/testing of soils where recommended. <br /> The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to Final Parcel/Map (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be <br /> paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and'-nitrates prior to Final Parcel/Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a <br /> State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Should the existing unoccupied home be removed, open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, <br /> seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Construction of individual domestic water well(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required for Parcels #1, #2, #3, #4, #5; #6, #7, at the <br /> time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> kCOPY <br />
