Lauffer Road,Thornton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> t <br /> A. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department. The Addendum shall address environmental concerns <br /> noted in the conclusions section of the original report dated February 16, 2006, including <br /> further limited screening sampling/testing of soils where recommended. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating-that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to Final Parcell Map (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be <br /> paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite'wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> i <br /> �. C. The existing private water wells shall be tested far the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to Final Parcel/Map.
