WINGO). <br /> A Use Permit application for used car sales for up to 10 cars in a 6,000 <br /> square foot existing warehouse. Cars will be displayed indoors only. <br /> Located on the east side of Wilcox Road, 472 feet north of Cherokee <br /> Road, east of Stockton(APN: 087-200-06; 3802 N. Wilcox Road, <br /> Stockton). <br /> Chandler Martin, Senior Planner, and Michael Wingo were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Martin introduced the project. <br /> Mr. Martin said that staff would be recommending approval to the Planning Commission hearing <br /> on December 7, 2000. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the appliciant that he will need to have fire extinguishers reviewed by the <br /> Fire Marshall. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicant that if he were to make a change of occupancy then a Building <br /> Permit would be required. <br /> Mr.Neely reviewed Public Works Department conditions. <br /> Mr. Martin said that he will recommend that this project be put on as a consent item for the <br /> Planning Commission hearing. <br /> --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 11:30 a.m. 6. Located on the west side <br /> of Banta Road, 1.5 miles north of Linne Road, east of Tracy (APN: <br /> 252-070-04; 26457 S.
