(3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. (Development Trtle Section 9-1015.7) e. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be 'nstalled. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A rrinimum ten-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Lehman Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. (Development Title Section 9- 1020.9) (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020.9) (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Eight trees, five for Phase 1 and three for Phase 2, shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of- way. Said screening shall be six to eight feet in height. Items stored within 100 feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two feet above the adjacent screen. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: (1) The proposed shop (H-4) shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into areas less than 3,000 square feet by area separation walls.
