The right-of-ways to be offered for dedication in <br /> Recommendation Nos. 3 and 4 above shall be improved in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code <br /> Section 10-207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, <br /> F-lc and the Liberty Fire District prior to issuance of <br /> the building permit. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code shall be <br /> performed prior to recordation of the Parcel Map <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. If you do not <br /> have a well on the proposed sites, use the closest <br /> neighbors. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> 4 . LIBERTY FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. The access roads for the parcels shall have a minimum <br /> unobstructed width of not less than twenty (20) feet. <br /> b. Turn arounds shall be provided on all access roads in <br /> excess of 150 feet in length and be adequately designed <br /> to handle fire fighting apparatus. <br /> C. Vertical road clearance shall be of an unobstructed <br /> height of not less than thirteen feet six inches (131611) . <br />
