The surface and subsurface contamination report shall be prepared by a qualified <br /> enxmnmentalprvfessionalandshallidentij anypotentialsource ofsurface orsubsurface contamination <br /> caused bypast or current land uses. The report shallinclude evaluation ofnonpoint source ofhagardous <br /> material including agriculturalchemicalresidues,aswellaspoientia1pointsources,suchasfuelstorage <br /> tanks septic ystems, or chemical storage areas. <br /> The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible <br /> and based on the search methods described in the text sources of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations intended to inform the client and <br /> L allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether further action should be required to address <br /> any potential contamination sources identified.
