NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any <br /> unauthorized use of this report <br /> j 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> L 1.1 Description of Site <br /> L // The subject property is located on the southwest corner of Elliot an i gr oa t California. <br /> The property consists of a rectangular,approximately 80-acre parte PN 007-130-10). a address <br /> associated with the subject property parcel is 11964 East Liberty Road. One sing e- amtly residence and <br /> two barns are located at the northeast corner of the property.To the west of the barns is a small area <br /> with 80-100 cows;the remainder of the site is a vacant field.An irrigation canal runs diagonally through <br /> Lthe northern third of the subject property. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site', the subject <br /> L property is zoned AG-40, general agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning <br /> designation"is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural <br /> enterprises." <br /> LLocation maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A.
