The 100-year Flood Elevation will be as determined by StormWater Management Division. <br /> Liberty Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet.Jack <br /> Tone Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Parcel Map requirement is waived.
