• Abandoned drug lab materials were found on Dry Creek Road one-quarter mile' C3 <br /> north of Liberty Road in 2002. The materials were removed by a DTSC <br /> contractor. <br /> • Abandoned drug lab materials were found on Dry Creek Road one-quarter mile 63.40 <br /> north of Liberty Road in 2004. The materials were removed by a DTSC 60 <br /> contractor. <br /> Because these incidents were not immediately adjacent to the Site and were cleaned up <br /> under DTSC oversight, it is unlikely that contamination exists on the Site from these C�'J <br /> sources. Copies of the incident reports are included in Appendix 5. <br /> 7.4 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding <br /> the agricultural use of the site. Chemical use reports were identified for the Site under <br /> the names of Aguer Nabori Properties, VIP Vineyard, and Pacific Agrilands. According <br /> to these records, the Site has been vineyard from 2005 through the present. No <br /> violations were on file for the Site.
