7.5 Department of Oil Gas and Geothermal Resources Maps <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) Online C3, J <br /> Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on December 5, 2010 for mapped oil or gas <br /> wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. One well was identified adjacent to the �3 <br /> east of the Site. This well, the Ben Owens Drilling Company "Thompson" 2 (API <br /> 07700558), was drilled, plugged, and abandoned in 1961. <br /> 7.6 National Pi eline Mapping System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database for <br /> evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter mile of the Site. No such 0 1 <br /> :pipelines were identified. <br /> 8.0 IDENTIFIED CONTAMINATION SOURCES <br /> The following sources of past, current, on-site, and off-site contamination have been <br /> identified as a result of this investigation: <br /> Identified Contamination Source Evaluation &Recommendations <br /> Agricultural chemicals may remain in Site <br /> The Site was developed for soils from past uses, both at application <br /> agriculture in the 1950s or earlier. It areas and mixing locations. Mixing <br /> has been a vineyard since the locations have greater potential for �3.2 <br /> 1. 1990s. Agricultural chemicals are residual chemicals than other areas. Two when chemicals are formulated and 6(, <br /> mobile tanks for agriculturalapplied as permitted. J <br /> chemicals or amendments were <br /> observed on the Site.
