L <br /> LNovember 18, 2004 <br /> NOA Project Number: E04130A <br /> LThis Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report discusses all work performed by NOA to date with <br /> regard to this project. The principal findings are outlined throughout the body of this text and are <br /> Lsummarized in the conclusion of this report. <br /> This report has been formatted to correspond to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department's Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report Requirement Checklist, dated July 14, 2003. <br /> 6w <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> L 1.1 Description of Site <br /> L The subject property is located at 17667 East Liberty Road, Galt,California. The property consists of <br /> a 160-acre parcel APN 009-080- and a 115.87-acre parcel (APN 009-090-08). One pole bam, <br /> housing the above groan s orage tank and well is currently located on the property. About one third <br /> L of the property is used as a vineyard; the remainder of the site is bare grassland. A copy of the parcel <br /> information can be found in Appendix F. <br /> 1. According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department website, the subject <br /> property is zoned AG-80,general agriculture,minimum parcel size is 80 acres. This zoning designation <br /> "is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises" <br /> L (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us,2004). <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. Photographs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> LMr.Keith Watts informed our office that he is planning a minor subdivision and lot line adjustment for <br /> the subject property. The minor subdivision and lot line adjustment will change the current two parcels <br /> into three parcels.
