L � � <br /> 1r November 18,2004 <br /> NOA Project Number: E04130A <br /> / <br /> L 2.2 Aerial Photographs <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937,1952,1963,and 1975 were reviewed from <br /> the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. One additional photo,dated 1993 <br /> was obtained from Microsoft Terraserver. <br /> In the 1937 photograph, Dry Creek is visible in the upper comer of the photo. The unimproved road <br /> that runs through the northern part of the property is visible. Goose Creek can also be seen in the <br /> southern part of the property. The subject property appears to be grassland. There are no structures <br /> on the subject property nor are there structures on adjacent properties. <br /> In the 1952 photograph, the unimproved road and Goose Creek are visible. The southern part of the <br /> Lphotograph shows Liberty Road. The subject property and the adjacent property appear unchanged <br /> from the previous photograph. <br /> In the 1963 photograph, the subject property and surrounding properties appear unchanged from the <br /> previous photograph. <br /> In the 1975 photograph, the subject property and surrounding property appear unchanged from the <br /> previous photograph. <br /> In the 1993 photograph,the subject property appears to have no structures on it,and looks similar to <br /> the years before. The adjacent property to the northeast now has a structure on it. The other <br /> surrounding properties look similar to the previous years. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> L "2 3 USGS Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S.Geological Survey,Goose Creek, <br /> iCalifornia, quadrangle map. One map, a 7.5-minute map dated 1990,was available at NOA through <br /> topozone. <br /> In the 1990 map, no structures are depicted on the property. An unimproved road and a creek run <br /> through the northern part of the property and Goose Creek runs through the southern part. Dry Creek <br /> can be seen to the north of the subject property,and Liberty Road and the northern part of Mackville <br /> LRoad can be seen to the south. Surrounding land and the subject property is depicted as vacant land. <br /> This map is included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> L <br /> 3 -44 <br /> L <br />
