SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION
A truck mounted drill rig attempted to auger 4" holes to 25'. This effort was observed by Earnest
Smith and Ryan Lemburg. Refusal occurred at a depth of 12 to 14 inches on Parcel 1 and Parcel
2. The welded bead on the drill bit was tom off by the dense cemented gravel and clay. The
drilling effort was suspended.
Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 when developed, and the site for the structures are located, may need heavy
equipment to examine the soil to a depth of 25' or to a satisfactory strata to be tested. Heavy
equipment is currently being used to lay a water conduit along Liberty Road, south side.
PERCOLATION TEST INFORMATION
No tests were made on any parcels. See Conclusion Section
CONCLUSIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS
At the time of development of Parcel 1 and Parcel l it is recommended an Engineered System be
installed based on the number of bedrooms proposed or other data that may be more definitive of
the expected daily flow to the leach field(s). Should any new development occur on Parcel 3 an
Engineered System is recommended based on the projected flow to the leach field.
3.
