Aerial Photographs Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937, 1952, 1963, 1975 and 1983 were reviewed at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. _ 1937 -East Liberty and Mackville Roads are present, delineating the south and east boundaries of the subject property. Mackville Road is not straight as it appears today, the portion of that road which runs along the northern portion of the subject property meanders considerably. The subject property, itself, appears to be vacant without substantial vegetation on it. Streams are apparent throughout the property, typically running away from the center of the property. 1952-Mackville Road is, at this time period, straight to the north end of the subject property. There is a long rectangular building located one-quarter of the length of the property from the north boundary near the eastern boundary of the subject property. An unimproved road runs from Mackville Road to this building. This photograph does not include the properties east of the subject property. Everything else concerning the subject property and its immediate vicinity appears to be the same as in the 1937 photograph. 1963 - There appears to be a pond being constructed in the bed of a stream that runs toward the southwest. This "pond" is located toward the southeast comer of the subject property, closer to East _ Liberty Road than to Mackville Road. East of subject property, across Mackville Road,there appears to be two homesteads. Each of these homesteads has an unimproved road running from it to Mackville Road. Mackville Road continues north from the subject property in a straight line, the remnants of the "meandering Mackville Road" are still present. Everything else concerning the subject property and its immediate vicinity appears to be the same as in the 1952 photograph. 1975 -The large rectangular building in the northeast quadrant of the subject property is gone. There are three very large rectangular buildings south of East Liberty Road, about a half mile to the west of the subject property. There are unimproved roads in the property to the west of the subject property. This photograph does not include the properties north of the subject property. Everything else concerning the subject property and its immediate vicinity appears to be the same as in the 1963 photograph. 1983 -This photograph no longer shows the remnants of the "meandering Mackville Road" north of the subject property. Everything else concerning the subject property and its immediate vicinity appears to be the same as in the 1975 photograph. 10
