USGS Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey,Clements, <br /> California, 7.5 minute Series(topographic)quadrangle map. The Clements quadrangle was available <br /> from the years 1952, 1968, and 1968 with a minor revision in 1993. <br /> 1952 - East Liberty Road and Mackville Road, delineating the south and east boundaries of the <br /> subject property, are present. The elevation of the subject property is defined as being between one <br /> hundred sixty (160) and two hundred ten (210) feet above mean sealevel. A stream runs to the <br /> southwest through the southeast comer of the subject property. Except for what is noted,the subject <br /> property appears to be vacant. <br /> 1968 - The elevation of the subject property has been revised,there is now a peak near the center of <br /> the subject property marked as two hundred fourteen (214) feet above mean sea-level. A well is <br /> located north-northwest of the peak. Two more streams were added. One flows to the west roughly <br /> along the northern boundary of the subject property. The other flows south-southeast cutting <br /> through the southwestern corner of the subject property. Two unimproved roads with two buildings <br /> at the end of each are apparent east of the subject property, across Mackville Road. The west half <br /> of section 33 (one section to the west of the subject property)has unimproved roads running through <br /> it. <br /> 1968 with a minor revision in 1993 -The subject property appears to be the same as in the 1968 map. <br /> r <br /> VI. INTERVIEWS <br /> .. An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information Native to the subject <br /> property om a property owner or key site manager of the property. The objective of the interview <br /> process is to obtain information indicating recognized environmental conditions in connection with <br /> the proposed project site. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed <br /> by the property owner for use by NOA Environmental for this report. A copy of the responses have <br /> been included in this report as Appendix D. <br /> Information gleaned from the questionnaire submitted and signed by Jeff Mundell includes the fact <br /> that the current and past land uses for the subject property are that of dry grazing and being vacant. <br /> Clint Dich is the name given as the current and all former occupants, and the current use of the <br /> subject property is listed as "Dry graze." According to the questionnaire,the property is zoned for <br /> _ AG-80. The project's civil engineer's name, address and phone number were also provided;Gardner <br /> & Associates, 601 Commerce Dr., Suite 130,Roseville, CA 95678, (916) 782-5177. The acreage <br /> is listed as 327.35 total acres,gross. The questionnaire also states that the adjacent properties'land- <br /> uses include residences, vineyards and dry graze pastureland.
