FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> There was one transformer observed on the property, it services the well on the subject property. <br /> The transformer is owned by PG&E which has a policy in place that states their company would <br /> remediate any and all releases of oils that could contain PCBs. Mr. Jim Jarvis, of PG&E, was <br /> contacted about the transformer on the subject property. If any information provided to NOA from <br /> Mr. Jim Jarvis is new, pertinent information an addendum will follow. <br /> XL RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> NOA recommends that the owner of the pole mounted transformers be contacted and a request made <br /> that they be inspected for "age related" weaknesses, leaks, etc. The car battery should be removed <br /> and disposed of in accordance with all relevant Federal, State and local laws and regulations. <br /> 13 <br />
