Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> 1 County prior to issuance of building permits. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, <br /> as determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health <br /> Department approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> ,V/ area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on,or used as a storage area. This <br /> (J leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the <br /> percolation test findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> D. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br />
