Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> —'�_A. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to issuance of building permits. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as determined by <br /> the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health Department approval. A permit <br /> for the percolation tests must be obtained from the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c),and 9-1110.5). <br /> NOTE: The applicant should consider relocating the proposed well to allow the septic system to be <br /> constructed closer to the proposed office. <br /> A./B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on,or used as a storage area. This leach field area must <br /> be used for that specific purpose only,and it cannot contain any underground utility lines(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition,the revised site plan shall <br /> incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> `�. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the percolation <br /> test findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> v✓D. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year,or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will <br /> be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery <br /> of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section <br /> 116525 through 116570. <br /> a7os <br /> C MH:cf <br />
