(C/O EAGLE <br /> MEADOWS OF STOCKTON (APN: 005-020-14; 005-020-15; 005- <br /> 020-16) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced General Plan Map <br /> Amendment Application to amend the General Plan Designation of three parcels <br /> totaling 140.85 acres from General Agriculture (A/G) to Rural Residential (R/R) <br /> and expand the rural community of Collierville to the north. The underlying <br /> project is a 77 lot residential subdivision with an average lot size of 49,000 <br /> square feet. The project is located on the north side of Liberty Road between <br /> State Route Highway 99 and Lower Sacramento Road, north of the rural <br /> community of Collierville. <br /> The land is primarily flat with fallow agricultural land. The parcels to the south <br /> have a General Plan designation of Rural Residential (R/R). Parcels located <br /> north and west of the site have a General Plan designation of General Agriculture <br /> (A/G) and OS/0 Other Open Space and abut Dry Creek which borders <br /> Sacramento and San Joaquin County. Parcels located east run adjacent to State <br /> Route Highway 99 and have a General Plan designation of General Agriculture <br /> (A/G). <br /> General Plan Issues <br /> Development Title Section 9-803.4 states that, prior to approving an application <br /> for a General Plan Amendment the Planning Commission and Board of <br /> 1 <br />
