Not only is it not needed, <br /> it undermines the validity of the General Plan, it erodes the county's current zoning, and <br /> it will create unavoidable environmental impacts to not only the agricultural land that it <br /> paves over, but also to the adjacent agricultural and natural lands. <br /> The San Joaquin Farm Bureau Federation and its 5500 farm families oppose this <br /> amendment to the General Plan and request that it be denied. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Kenny Wa ms/ � <br /> PO.
