Pre-cast tank Clay&Hardpan <br /> Almost every repair record noted hardpan or clay. A definite sandy layer is present at the <br /> locations tested. Parcel 2 (south lot) septic system was installed prior to percolation testing as no <br /> requirement by the building department was applicable for percolation testing. The type of soil <br /> encountered during the septic system installation is unknown. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> Satisfactory percolation rates, at the specific locations tested,were determined. No warranties <br /> can be associated with this testing. <br />
