APN: 005-09-66,56
LOCATION OF PROJECT
The site is to he comprised of APN 005-09-66 and a 30' +or- strip of APN 005-09-56. One new
lot will be created. A residence is under construction on APN 005-09-66 at present. (Photo"A")
Both parcels will have access from Barron Rd. APN 005-09-56 has access from Liberty Road.
PRESENT USE OF PARCELS
Mr. Haywood, residence on APN 005-09-56, pastures horses. Both lots used as dry pasture. APN
005-09-66 has been sold. The horses have been removed from this parcel.
HISTORY OF PARCELS
Mrs. Esther Haywood furnished an Environmental Questionnaire, included in this report. She
stated they have owned the parcels since 1949. The south parcel was used for dry pasture. The
north parcel had limited irrigation. This area was subdivided by Map entitled Liberty Acres. The
area has a drainage channel traversing from east to west and eventually joins Dry Creek to the
west. This northeast quadrant formed by Rte. 99 and Liberty Road has been a residential area for
30 years. The aerial photograph(1983) shows Barron Road developed into residences. Pasture
can be identified in this photo. The topo map (1968)also shows Barron Road and Liberty Road
development on both sides of the drainage channel. Because of the terrain this is not attractive to
farming. The soil is classed as San Joaquin-Bruella. This soil type is used mainly for livestock
grazing, irrigated crops or pasture.
GROUNDWATER
The SJ County Flood Control and Water Conservation District has published the Lines of Equal
Depth to Groundwater and this site is located on/near the 70'contour line.
AGRICULTURAL COMMISSIONER'S REPORT
The above office was contacted for a check of the records for permits to use chemicals and the
report is included. No record was located for the Haywood parcels.
ASSESSOR PARCEL MAP
The sites are in Section 1, T 4 N R 6 E. The map shows the residential layout. The current
residential construction of the new home is on APN 005-09-66. In order to split this parcel
a Lot Line Adjustment is pending to obtain the required area from APN 005-09-56.
