WATER, AIR AND SOIL
No tests were made in the preparation of this report. Upon approval of the lot split and during
the preparation of the Soil Suitability Study, the water will be tested. A new well is located on
APN 005-09-66. An existing well is located on the north parcel (56).
ENVIRONMENTAL RECORDS CHECK
To verify there are no contaminated sites in the immediate vicinity of the parcels; available data
lists were checked with negative results. The following lists are available and were reviewed:
1. San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Division, Site Mitigation Database List
2. Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board, Site Cleanup List(Sorted by Co.)
UTILITIES AVAILABLE
Required utilities are available except Public Water/Sewer.
DRAINAGE
The new lot slopes north to the existing creek. The creek has an intermitant flow. The building
site must be on the higher ground as well as the leach field. The ground elevation in general in this
area is 60'. Percolation testing, as required, will be done during the next study phase.
SITE VISIT
The site was visited on two separate occasions and photographs obtained for use in this report.
Mr. Haywood was visited and stated they pastured horses. The land had been used as such since
shortly after he purchased it. On the first visit, a small amount of water was flowing in the creek
thru the parcel. The creek bed was dry at Route 99 on the second visit of Sep 27, 2002
PHOTOGRAPHS
The four photographs are identified A-D, and described as follows:
A. View is north from Barron Road. The new residence is under construction.
B. View is south from the north side of the creek.
C. View east from the end of County maintained road, showing pasture to the east.
D. View north, showing new parcel.
Route 99 is located to the west, where Barron Road begins. Barron Road ends at the subject
parcel.
