u � <br /> OINTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> This is a Lot Line Adjustment which consists of moving the perimeter of APN 005-240-23 to the <br /> west to form the new vacant lot. A residence is to be constructed on the vacant lot. No new <br /> a parcels are created. Access is from E. Liberty Road. The address of the existing SFR is 6262 E. <br /> Liberty Road. The land is zoned AG-40. A domestic well exists.No pools,ponds or waterways <br /> /./ exist on the parcel. <br /> a-L? PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> The land has been pasture/native grasses since 1982,when the present owners moved there. <br /> -�-D EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3/ The present septic system has served without problems since 1982. The records at the EHD, SJC <br /> were researched to obtain the permit history with respect to age and repairs and is included in this <br /> -3, 7 report. Only one repair was found in the vicinity. The drilling on the proposed site indicates a sand <br /> layer in excess of a 6'thickness. <br /> —�w�i�/hsl <br /> j d GROUNDWATER INFORMATION <br /> The map Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater, Spring 1999 indicates anapproximate depth to <br /> static water of 80' and a westerly gradient. The map is included in this report. <br /> No water was observed in any of the holes, including the 25'hole. The existing well water was <br /> sampled and tested by FarWest Labs.No third party is involved. A record of sampling is furnished <br /> by the lab. The test results are satisfactory and are included in this report.(Nitrate 5.8 mg/L and <br /> DBCP <0.01) ///U C, Q. l <br /> The lot slopes northerly towards Liberty Road. The USGS Map shows the 70' contour runs thru <br /> the parcel. The 65' contour is along Liberty Road. <br /> �Q SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION <br /> D Three holes were drilled on Sep. 26, 2005 using a truck mounted auger. A 4" 25' hole was <br /> augured to 25'to determine a soil profile. The second 4" hole was augured to 19' into the sand <br /> laver. The third hole was a 6" hole and 42" deep.
