Based on distance from the subject property, <br /> AGE found no indication from the EDR report that any of the orphan sites are of <br /> environmental concern to the property. <br /> 6.3.2.4 Well Information <br /> Public Well Information: The EDR report shows Federal PWS, Federal USGS and <br /> California Water Service (CWS) water well and State oil/gas well information. PROPERTY OWNER-PROVIDED DOCUMENTS <br /> The property owner did not provided AGE with any additional documents. <br /> 7.0. SUBJECT PROPERTY RECONNAISSANCE <br /> A subject property site reconnaissance was conducted by AGE representatives on 17 <br /> June 2014. At the time of the site visit the weather was warm and clear. Property <br /> features are identified on the Site Plan, provided as Figure 2; photographs of the <br /> subject property are provided in Appendix A. <br /> 7.1 . METHODOLOGY AND LIMITING CONDITIONS <br /> An AGE representative was given full access to the subject property exterior.
