GENERAL SITE SETTING <br /> The following is a description of the primary features of the subject property observed at <br /> the time of the site visit: <br /> • The property is located along the east side of North Lillian Avenue. Access to the <br /> property is gained by an asphalt driveway. The driveway leads to two single- <br /> family residences on the northwestern and southwestern corners of the property <br /> parcel. The remaining property acreage comprises trees, brush, and grass. <br /> • The residence in the northwestern corner of the property parcel contains the <br /> following features: <br /> • Single-family residence (444 Lillian) with water served by California Water <br /> Service Company and sewer served by San Joaquin County. <br /> • Possible septic system located approximately 15-20 feet east of the residence <br /> (according to permit for septic). <br /> Empty water feature approximately 20 feet east of the residence (large water <br /> fountain). <br /> • One detached two-car garage located directly southeast of the residence. <br /> Ae • One domestic water well located approximately 15 feet east of the detached 3' <br /> garage; the well is a 6-inch diameter steel well installed to an estimated total <br /> depth of 80 feet bsg with a measured depth to groundwater of 54 feet bsg. <br /> Two chain link enclosures, approximately 15 feet long and 10 feet wide located <br /> along the northern property boundary; the enclosures appear to have been used <br /> to house animals. <br /> • The residence (420 Lillian) in the southwestern corner of the property parcel <br /> contains the following features: <br /> • Single-family residence with water served by California Water Service Company <br /> and sewer served by San Joaquin County. <br /> • One shed located approximately 15-20 feet east off the residence. <br /> • Possible destroyed septic system located approximately 15-20 feet east of the <br /> residence (according to permit for destruction). <br /> • The remaining property acreage contained trees, brush, and grass. <br /> • Surrounding property use in every direction is residential. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
