COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-91-34 <br /> 5. The frontage improvement for Linn Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot <br /> right-of-way farm or estate subdivision street . The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage <br /> and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent <br /> to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of <br /> the Improvement Plan . (A $250.00 fee currently is required <br /> for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition <br /> to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required <br /> frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a <br /> form to be supplied by the Public Works Department and <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department for approval .
