The property is located at 10304 Linne Road, Tracy, <br /> California(Plate 1). The propertyis approximately 33.4'acres in total size and the Accesaor's . <br /> Parcel Number(APN) is 253-120-42. The San Joaquin County site.approval number is PA-027 <br /> 298. <br /> r The Soil Suitability Study was a requirement for the County Use Permit as indicated in'a letter <br /> -dated August 1.3, 2002 by the San Joaquin County.Environmental Health Department to the San <br /> Joaquin'County Community Development Department. The purpose of the Soil-Suitability <br /> Study was to determine whether the proposed site domestic waste water is suitable for disposal to <br /> land through the use of a septic tank system. The study was performed according to the <br /> requirements of Section 9-1105.2(d)of the San Joaquin County_Development.. Major elements <br /> of the field work.involved completing a shallow and deep percolation test.-1n addition to the <br /> percolation tests, an examination of the sail strata,published soil information and geologic maps <br /> �... were used to estimate suitability of soils. The following report presents the results of our study. <br /> 2.0 PROPOSED.DEVELOPMENT AND SITE CONDITIONS. <br /> According to the Conditions,of Approval (PA-02-298), the proposed project is for an expansion . <br /> of the concrete batch plant. The expansion will include a 3,200 sq. ft..nianufacturing.building, a <br /> 3;750 sq- ft. maintenance building,•two commercial coaches for administration totaling 660 sq. ft.. <br /> each, 1.56 acres of outdoor finished concrete product,storage,-a storm drain retention pond, a . <br /> 'caretaker mobile home, and-demolition for.the femoral of the existing 50 x 70 ft building. <br />
