We uriderstand'from Jon Reed, Piani-Manager of BES Concrete, and our examination of a septic <br /> system permit dated l 1/118/92,.that the existing septic system composed of two tanks and one <br /> disposal,area connected by tight lines (see permit copy,attached in the appendix). The sewage <br /> disposal area is composed of two filter beds (Plate 1'). According to`a septic system permit,the <br /> existing septic•system was designed for 10 to 15 employees. It is estimated by Jon Reed that for. <br /> the proposed expansion,,an average of 37 employees and 5 customers will be on site-during a <br /> typical 5 day work week.-The caretaker residence is a 2 bedroom mobile home occupied-by f <br /> person which utilizes the septic system. The septic system provides sewage disposal for all uses <br /> occurring on the property'. The suitability'of the existing septic system and soils will be evaluated <br /> for the proposed.additional uses: <br /> A search of septic system permits issued was conducted from the files of San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health-Department for septic system and other permits for.the subject site. The , <br /> record search located several septic system, water well, and other permits for.the subject-site.. <br /> Table 1 presents a summary of the septic system'permits.
